The Heavy Lifting Hippies ‘Personalised Weights Program Package’ is a customised weights based training program to help you achieve your fat loss goals with a customised program for you. Designed around your lifestyle and goals you can complete this program in the gym, at home or outdoors. Included in this package is:

  • 4-5 Week Customised Weights Based Training Program
  • Progress pictures and check ins with us weekly
  • An App on your phone to track follow your program, track your progress and to communicate with us
  • Weekly training tracking and accountability
  • VIP Facebook group with online support

Our training systems are based around resistance training and we recommend you follow our programs for 4-5 weeks at a time, after which we believe it is most beneficial to change programs to prevent your body from adapting and plateauing. It is essential for optimal results that the body is continuously challenged in order for it to change and develop.
