Our Top 5 Chocolates Recipes
1. Chocolate Avocado Protein Mousse
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Dates (soaked for at least 1hr to soften)
1/4 Cup Raw Cacao
2 Ripe Avocados
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Store in the fridge.
2. Raw Chocolate
1 Cup Raw Cacao
1 Cup Coconut Oil
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
Melt Coconut Oil, add the other ingredients and mix well with a fork.
Poor onto baking paper and keep in the freezer.
3. Chocolate Bark
Use the Raw Chocolate recipe. Mix in 1/4 Cup Almonds and 1/4 Cup Cashews. Poor into chocolate moulds or rubber muffin tins. Keep in the Freezer.
4. Coconut Rough
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Raw Cacao
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Coconut
2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
Melt coconut oil, add raw cacao and honey, mix well. Stir in shredded coconut. Spread onto baking paper. Store in the freezer.
5. Raw Nutella
1 Cup Coconut Milk
5 Tablespoons Raw Cacao
1 Cup Hazelnuts
3 Medjool Dates
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz till smooth. Keep in the fridge
